Why made-to-order is the most sustainable way to make a luxury bag
Overproduction, not materials, is where fashion's footprint hides. The numbers, and what a zero-stock model actually changes.
Cameli Couturier does not do seasons, collections or speculative stock. It makes the Regalia Voyage duffle — to order, from full-grain leather and a single printed panel — and expects you to carry it for decades.

Seasonal drops, warehouses of unsold product, incinerated returns. We took the opposite position on every one of those decisions. Each claim below has its own page, with the evidence and the parts we cannot yet prove.
No speculative stock, no seasons, one product first, repairable by design. What that rests on — and what it doesn't.

450 × 270 × 200 mm. A single printed panel wraps the whole body so there is no seam to fail under load. Rolled full-grain handles, full-grain body straps riveted to square rings, a metal two-way zipper locked with a padlock, the gold Camel Emblem on the front, plain black suede inside.
One pattern, Regalia, in six colourways — Original, Classic, Feminine, Sensual, Royal, Free-spirited. The launch edition, Regalia Original, opens for pre-order in our crowdfunding campaign; the other colourways, hardware finishes and trim leathers are made to order on request.
