Claim 03

A sustainable luxury duffle bag, for the next fifty years of weekends.

The duffle is the one luxury object people actually use: thrown in overhead lockers, dropped on hotel floors, overpacked. We built the Regalia Voyage for that life, and we build it only when you ask.

Regalia Voyage · duffle

450 × 270 × 200 mm. One panel, two straps, a padlock.

A duffle's weak points are known: the base seam, the handle anchors, the zipper. We removed the first (one-piece wrap), riveted the second to square rings, and specified a metal two-way zipper with a padlock for the third.

The side profile was traced from a real bag: flat base with small corners, near-vertical walls to 130 mm, then an elliptical dome to the zipper. It stands on four light-gold cone feet. The gold Camel Emblem — Greek-key border, travelling camel — sits centred between the front straps.

The signature edition — Dark Grey on Black, light-gold hardware, black trim — opens for pre-order in our crowdfunding campaign. Any other colourway, hardware finish or trim leather is made to order on request: that exact bag is made, and nothing else is.

Why a duffle

The lifetime object argument.

01

It replaces a category

A good duffle retires the gym bag, the overnight bag, the carry-on and the 'nice' weekend bag. One object instead of four.

02

It is carried, not stored

Handbags rotate with outfits; a duffle is used because it is useful. Use per year is what divides a footprint down.

03

It can be serviced

Straps, handles, sliders, padlock, feet — all mechanically attached. Decades of travel, with a workshop visit every ten years.

Colour, not clutter

One pattern. Six colourways. No seasons.

The ornament is called Regalia and it never changes; each colourway re-tones the same layers so every print keeps the depth of the original. The launch edition is Regalia Original — Dark Grey on Black. For made-to-order pieces there are five more:

Hardware finish and trim leather are chosen to match. The pre-order campaign offers the launch edition; everything else is made to order on request.

Questions

Practical ones.

What is a sustainable luxury duffle bag?

A duffle built from durable, repairable materials, produced without overstock, and designed to be carried for decades instead of seasons. The Regalia Voyage by Cameli Couturier is made to order only, in full-grain leather trims with a one-piece printed body and metal hardware, at 450 × 270 × 200 mm.

Is the Regalia Voyage cabin-sized?

At 450 × 270 × 200 mm it fits within the cabin allowance of most European and long-haul carriers; always check your airline's current limits. It is a weekend bag, not a suitcase.

How much does the Regalia Voyage weigh and carry?

Roughly 24 litres of volume. Weight depends on hardware finish and trim leather; ask us for the figure for your configuration.

Does it have a shoulder strap?

Yes — detachable, 1255 mm, padded and buckle-adjustable, with snap hooks to the side D-rings. Remove it and the bag is a hand-carry duffle.

Can I personalise it?

As a made-to-order piece, yes: choose one of the six Regalia colourways (Original, Classic, Feminine, Sensual, Royal, Free-spirited), a hardware finish and a trim leather. That configuration is the only one made. The launch edition is Regalia Original.
